We wish it was that easy. And while its not as simple as one two three four, we strive to make the process of buying a Colour Home as painless as possible. Home buying is a big decision, but that doesn’t mean it has to be a difficult one.
What the process will look like:
After contacting us we will give you a tour of our homes. We have options ranging from 400 sqft and up. If there isn’t a current home design that fits your needs, we can design one just for you. Once we have your future home picked, we can help you choose a lender and officially make the purchase. After closing, it’s time for the fun part, moving in. We want to help every step of the way to make the process as simple as possible.
