We are proud to introduce a modern evolution of the Spanish Colonial revival style which was popular in Jacksonville in the early 1900s back into the community. This modern twist to the traditional Spanish style home will feature a stucco exterior, a large steel arched front door and the classic orange barrel tile roof, cleverly accenting a long lasting metal roof. Inside, modern features will blend with the historic Spanish features such as wood accent beams and “saltillo” style tile. All our homes feature 2x6 exterior wall studs, smooth drywall finish throughout, high ceilings, spray foam insulation and large windows which optimize lighting within the home. Interior finishes also include wood cabinetry with soft closed doors and quartz countertops.
