We design homes for you and your lot. This is how we do it:

Design.

We design every single detail of your home. First and foremost is what house would suite your wants, needs, and lifestyle best. Second is your budget. We take the first two design considerations into account to then design a house that takes advantage of the natural landscape and foliage. Want to knock down a 50-inch 300 year old Live Oak when we can design around it? Go to another builder. As much as we love our homes we believe no builder will be able to create a home that surpasses the beauty of the natural Florida landscape.

Pre-Construction.

We handle all the permitting, surveying, land clearing, site planning, utility hookups, drainage engineering, zoning code, land clearing code, building code, building permits, health department permits, right of way permits, and any government red tape that may come up. Our team has the knowledge and experience to make even the most challenging homes a breeze. We will completely permit the home, because you shouldn’t have to.

Build.

Foundation, walls, roofs, windows, siding, drywall, doors, flooring, paint, trim, and appliances. This list is shorted to fit in this space, but what actually needs to happen to build a home goes on and on. We handle every single step until the keys are in your hand.

After You Move In.

Once you move in your home is covered by two seperate warranties. At the end of the first year of living in the home we will come back and take care of any drywall cracks, nail pops, or anything that may have come up. We care about these homes and the people that move in them.
